For all pool table purchases we ship through North Ameican Van Lines Frieght. Delivery time is 2 weeks for West Coast customers and 4 weeks for East coast customers from time of payment, due to the busy holiday season. We will e-mail your tracking information to you when your table has shipped
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT, PLEASE CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND PLEASE WRITE IT DOWN AND TELL THE DRIVER BEFORE YOU SIGN THE DELEVERY PAPERWORK, IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, WE CAN NOT FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY FOR DAMAGES TO REPLACE YOUR POOL TABLE
Freight company will call you 1-2 days prior to delivery to make arrangments.
Freight company includes 2 movers and a liftgate who will bring the Pool Table inside your garage, or closest covered area. Freight Company will not go inside your home or up stairs due to liablity.
Certain restrictions apply: The freight company DOES NOT uncrate, remove debris or setup the pool table. Your home must be 18-wheeler accessible. If your home is not 18-wheeler truck accessible there will be a $250.00 truck transfer charge or you can pick it up at the nearest freight terminal
